How credits work

What uses a credit?
Starting a conversion. Reopening it, downloading the zip again and the compare view are free.
What if a conversion fails?
The credit goes back to your balance automatically when a conversion fails or is interrupted.
Converting the same site again?
If you converted the same published version recently, you get that conversion back without using another credit. A site that was republished since is converted again.
Do credits expire?
No. Use them whenever you like.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and receipts. Refunded purchases remove their credits.
