Add your site
Use its HTTPS homepage. Each exact hostname and its www version share one registration; other subdomains are separate.
Site protection
Keep your site visible to visitors. Tell Deframer to leave its code where it is.
10 credits per verified site, once. No subscription. Setup and verification are free.
The registry enforces the block even if someone removes your tag or disables JavaScript.
Three steps
Publish proof of control before you spend a credit. Activate only when you’re ready.
Use its HTTPS homepage. Each exact hostname and its www version share one registration; other subdomains are separate.
Publish a unique head tag, or verify DNS for Cloudflare setup on your custom domain. Ownership checks are free.
Spend 10 credits to enable the block. Pause whenever you need to convert your own site, then verify and resume for free.
Optional Cloudflare setup
Use your own Cloudflare account and domain. Guided setup and coverage checks are free.
Publish the supplied DNS TXT record. It proves hostname control even when a firewall prevents the HTML check.
Copy a Managed Challenge rule for your exact hostname and www, covering all paths and methods. You apply it in Cloudflare.
Sample the homepage, origins and asset URLs. Public Framer origins and external CDN modules remain outside your domain’s rule.
No Cloudflare credentials or automatic DNS changes. Cloudflare and hosting charges are separate. A checked sample is not certification; approved browsers can still read delivered content. Read the Cloudflare setup guide →
The standard installation includes an inline script beside your verification tag. When specific design-capture markers appear, it shows a notice with a “Show page” recovery button. It does not intercept browser APIs, block normal copy or right-click, or track your visitors.
The helper is removable and bypassable. It is a best-effort deterrent for some tools, with no guarantee of compatibility with every vendor or version. It cannot provide Netflix-style DRM for HTML or prevent all screen recording. The dashboard checks published script presence separately from the Deframer block.
Browsers still receive your HTML, styles, scripts and images. Third-party converters, extensions, screenshots and self-hosted tools can ignore or remove a browser helper. Cloudflare can challenge requests on your configured domain, but a public origin or separate CDN can bypass that gate. We cannot force third parties to honor our registry.
The block applies to Deframer, including direct downloads and your own account. Files already downloaded and previously issued download links cannot be recalled. The optional Cloudflare rule can show visitors a challenge and needs testing with your normal pages, forms and integrations.
